We are learning about who our everyday heroes are. We had some videos from a nurse and a firefighter who told us about their jobs and how it changed during the coronavirus.
Can you remember any of the things that they said they have to do now to help keep others safe? Write some of them in the comments below.
Over the last two weeks we have been busy working on our portraits. We have been learning about heroes and talked about the fact that we all can be a hero if we want to be. We thought about what we would be called if we were a superhero and what we might wear. We took a photo of ourselves as a superhero which we then traced and transferred onto a piece of paper. Today we have added watercolours.

Today we started our PSHE lessons. We began by using our breathing to help us to get ready for learning. Then we met Jigsaw Jo. Our learning today was about worries and what to do if ever you are worried about something. We had some great ideas.
Have a look at some of them.

We are really getting back into school life in Golden Eagles.
Today we wrote these brilliant poems entitled “The rainbow in me”. There were some excellent creative ideas and writing all about ourselves and what we love.
