🌟Virtual School🌟

Morning Eagles,

Remember that from today you can now access virtual school – how exciting! This week you will be able to access daily Maths and English lessons for Year 1 that are delivered by myself and Miss Swales. For some of the lessons we will lead them and the others we have left tasks to complete. The maths meeting videos are repeated for 2 days but the main sessions and activities are different.

From next week you will also be able to access Science, History and daily phonics sessions. Most children in year 1 are on phase 5 but if you are unsure what phase your child is on then you can send me an email to check.

For all of the sessions, your child will need a pencil or pen and something to write on like a notepad or piece of paper. If you have a pencil then that would be better. Remember that books for writing in and pencils can be collected from school if you don’t have them.

✨END OF WEEK 4✨

Hi Eagles!

I hope you are all okay and are getting lots of home work done now that we’ve finished the Easter holidays!

I’ve had a very busy week with Miss Swales getting something really exciting ready for you on Monday so keep an eye out! I cannot wait to receive all of your fabulous work through our Year 1 email:

year1@pyebank.sheffield.sch.uk

I also had a phonecall with Mrs Lomas the other day (because I miss her as much as I miss all of you!) and we both agreed that we are missing you all lots and hope to see you soon!

Keep an eye out for the exciting new home learning and I look forward to seeing what you all get up to!

Stay home, stay safe and have a lovely weekend!
